Heidi specialize in financial management, strategic planning, and business transformation, with a strong focus on driving profitability and enabling insight-led decision-making. Her experience spans multinational environments, where she have led high-performing finance teams, delivered robust FP&A, and supported complex initiatives including corporate tax implementation, VAT compliance, financial restructuring, and M&A due diligence. Heidi have also worked closely with leading global auditors, including the Big 4, across a range of regulatory and reporting requirements.
Heidi spent time in the UK, gaining valuable exposure to European markets, which further strengthened her ability to operate in diverse and dynamic business environments. Heidi is known for her strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to optimize financial performance within complex organizations.

His leadership experience includes successfully delivering the infamous Riyadh Bus Project and leading its day to day operations, with a group of the most talented resources in the industry. Which is strengthen Trapeze’s footprints in Saudi Arabia.
Majid Garmaroudi
Chief Technology Officer
Majid is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. He has held leadership roles across Europe and the Middle East, most notably at Trapeze Middle East/Northfork in Stockholm and Pocketlaw, where he co-founded and grew technology platforms, led engineering teams, and drove successful SaaS transformations for global clients including Klarna, Coles, and NBCU.
In his current role, Majid bridges R&D and business functions, overseeing a multidisciplinary team across a complex portfolio of concurrent projects. Known for his pragmatic approach to AI integration and AI adaptation, he combines strategic vision with realistic technical knowledge to drive the next generation of products.
