Denver Regional Transportation District (RTD)

Denver, Colorado is one of the fastest growing cities in America. The Regional Transportation District (RTD) provides service to the 2.7 million residents of eight counties in the Denver-Aurora-Boulder area, covering 6,053km². RTD operates 140 local, express and regional bus routes as well as six light rail lines, demand response paratransit, a free mall shuttle service and special events transportation.

Since 2007, RTD has used Trapeze’s fully integrated Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution for total asset and maintenance management. The Trapeze EAM is used in all maintenance facilities to manage bus, paratransit, support fleet and light rail operations, as well as maintenance of way, rebuild, body and electronics, treasury and facilities operations. All aspects of RTD’s operation are recorded in a single database, including real-time labour capture, work order management, materials management and field and fluid data.
